We are pleased to introduce an enhancement to our renowned HDI Ford Ranger full intercooler kit.

The new upgrade includes a fully reinforced, oil-resistant hot pipe that connects directly from the turbo to the intercooler, significantly improving throttle response!

Thanks to HDi's innovative design, the hot pipe is 30% shorter than the OEM plastic pipe and is made from special Nomex material, providing resistance to extremely hot oil fumes from the turbo!

Key features of the upgrade include a 30% shorter hot pipe for better throttle response, 5 layers of reinforced and oil-resistant Nomex material for increased durability with a 3-year warranty, a special 5-layer reinforced silicone construction, fluid dynamic design for optimal flow with minimal pressure drop, a lightweight tube and fin GT2 core for efficient cooling, optimum tube spacing to minimize radiator flow blockage, a signature 300-ton press indentation for quality assurance, and comes supplied with quality stainless hose clamps for easy installation.
