Return:
You may return items purchased from hybrid-power.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement under warranty.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Returns outside of the 30 days of purchase will be honored under the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty with a replacement. This is subject to inventory availability. If inventory is not available, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Proof of purchase or a receipt must be provided. Please review our Warranty policy on our website for further information.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs under the manufacturers 1-year warranty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may use the carrier of your choice.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you as to whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
